The PNHB theme is in the directory pnhb/user/PNHBtheme.
Any file in this directotry with the same filename as one of the files in the Quark theme overrides or extends the file of the same name in Quark. This allows changes to the functionality that are not lost when updating the QUARK theme.
There are also new files for additional TWIG templates.
